Mini cheese crepes recipe with Thermomix

Ingredients to make Mini cheese crepes with Thermomix:

  • 225 grams of cream cheese
  • 1 tablespoon of sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 3 egg
  • 1 tablespoon of cream or milk
  • 1 teaspoon brandy
  • ½ dash of vanilla essence
  • 1 cup of flour (140 grams)

How to make Mini cheese crepes with Thermomix:

Place the cheese together with the salt and sugar in the Thermomix glass and beat until foamy. To do this, use speed number 3 for about 3 minutes. When you have reached the desired consistency, integrate the eggs one by one to continue with the recipe for mini cheese crepes with Thermomix. Continue beating and then add the cream, the vanilla essence and the Brandy. If you don’t have brandy you can use cognac or any other dark liquor of your choice. Finally, add the flour little by little.

Remove the glass from the Thermomix and keep the preparation of the mini crepes in the fridge for at least one hour.
