Papaya, Apple and Orange Juice

Ingredients to make Papaya, Apple and Orange Juice:

  1. 1 papaya
  2. 4 oranges
  3. 2 bananas
  4. 1 apple
  5. 4 tablespoons granola or cereal
  6. 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  7. 2 tablespoons brown sugar (optional)
  8. Water

How to make Papaya, Apple and Orange Juice:

  • Cut the papaya in half and remove the seeds. With a spoon, scoop out the pulp and put it in the blender. Leave some pulp inside the papaya skin.
  • Squeeze the oranges and pour the juice into the blender. Peel and cut the plantains and put them in the blender too. Add a little water and sugar according to your preferences. Blend the fruit until it is a smooth papaya, banana and orange smoothie.
  • Peel the apple and cut it in half. Cut one half into slices and the other into small pieces. Put the apple pieces inside the papaya peel and pour the fruit smoothie on top.
  • Put several tablespoons of granola or cereal on top, sprinkle a little cinnamon, decorate with the apple slices and serve this healthy breakfast with papaya as soon as possible so that no vitamins disappear.
