Ingredients to make Natural Energy Juice:

  1. 1 unit of ripe Mango
  2. 50 grams of Cucumber
  3. 1 unit of Banana
  4. 5 units of Blueberries

How to make Natural Energy Juice:

  • Before making this delicious energetic fruit juice, the first step is to prepare all the ingredients.
  • To prepare the fruit, peel the cucumber and remove the seeds. Do the same with the mango and the banana. Cut everything into pieces for easier processing.
  • In a blender, with half a glass of water, process very well until obtaining a homogeneous consistency.
  • To obtain a more refreshing juice, add half a glass of ice and blend again.
  • Tip: It is not necessary to add sugar or sweetener, the natural fructose of the ingredients is more than enough
  • Finally serve the natural energy juice and add some blueberries to decorate. Enjoy freshly made in the morning hours and combine with a stir-fried pork with vegetables at lunch if you are an athlete and watch your diet
