Ingredients to make Mexican Michelada:

  1. 1 can of beer
  2. 1 unit of Lemon
  3. 1 dessert spoon of Tajín
  4. 5 drops of Spicy Tabasco
  5. 1 splash of Worcestershire sauce
  6. 1 pinch of salt

How to make Mexican Michelada:

  • Before making the refreshing michelada, the first step is to get all the ingredients ready.
  • Tip: Tajik is a Mexican condiment that includes a mix of hot, powdered spices.
  • In a bowl, mix the lemon juice, the Worcestershire sauce and the drops of spicy Tabasco.
  • Separately, arrange the salt and the taint mixed on a flat plate. With these two preparations we will do what is known as frosting the glass. To do this, dip the mouth of the glass in the previously prepared lemon mixture and then pass it through the salt with the tagine, as if it were a batter.
  • Finally serve the cold beer and add the lemon mixture, stir well and enjoy the Mexican michelada. This beer drink is very refreshing, perfect for summer.
