Melon and Cava Sorbet

Ingredients to make melon and cava sorbet:

  1. 1 bottle of Cava
  2. 1 unit of fresh melon
  3. 2 tablespoons of Sugar
  4. 3 units of Lemon
  5. 1 cup of Water (240 milliliters)
  6. 4 units of wine glasses

How to make melon and cava sorbet:

  • The first step in preparing the recipe is to prepare the ingredients for our homemade sorbet.
  • Cut the melon into pieces and put it in a bowl to make this refreshing sorbet.
  • Add the sugar and the cup of water and process very well until the ingredients are integrated.
  • Take this mixture to a silicone mold, this time I wanted to make star molds, freeze for about an hour.
  • Once the melon cubes are frozen, add the cava to each of the wine glasses.
  • To make the melon and cava sorbet, add the frozen cubes to the glasses and all the ingredients are integrated and impregnated with each of their aromas. This drink is very refreshing for the summer and delicious, since the melon combines very well with the cava.
