Ingredients to make Tomato and Cucumber Smoothie:
- 4 units of ripe salad tomato
- 1 unit of Cucumber
- 1 unit of Lemon
How to make Cucumber Tomato Smoothie:
- We put the tomato, the peeled cucumber and the lemon juice through the blender, all freshly taken from the fridge to eat cold.
- If we want a fine cream to remain, we pass it through a fine mesh strainer.
- We serve in cold glasses.
- We can accompany some bread croutons with a drizzle of olive oil and a few pieces of goat cheese.
