Ingredients to make Mango and Kiwi Detox Smoothie:

  1. 2 units of Kiwis
  2. 1 unit of ripe Mango
  3. 1 unit of green apple

How to make Mango Kiwi Detox Smoothie:

  • Before making the fruit smoothie, the first step is to get all the ingredients ready.
  • In a blender process the mango peeled and cut into pieces with a glass of water.
  • Add the kiwis (peeled) and the apple with the peel, all cut into pieces and blend very well until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
  • Finally, strain the detox juice to obtain a smooth and homogeneous mixture.
  • Serve and enjoy the kiwi, mango and apple smoothie. This detox drink is very healthy as we have prepared it, so I do not recommend adding sugar.
