Ingredients to make Coffee Delight:
- Coffee (1 coffee maker for 4 coffee)
- 2 vanilla custard
- 20 bag pasiegos sobaos (rectangular better)
- Assembled Nnata (you can assemble it or buy it already assembled)
- Colacao to garnish
How to make Coffee Delight:
- The coffee is made and we sweeten it to taste with sugar.
- We let it cool.
- In a rectangular dish, we place the sobaos one close to the other until it is covered.
- We pour all the coffee on the sobaos until they get soaked.
- On top of these, we put the custard covering the source and once this is done we put the whipped cream.
- With a spatula, we spread the cream until it is as smooth as possible and we decorate the surface sprinkling colacao or chocolate in the form of rain. (L decoration to taste).
- It is served very cold.
- Better to do it the day before and keep it in the fridge.
