Ingredients to make Mango and Orange Smoothie:

  1. 1 handle
  2. 150 milliliters of Milk
  3. 20 grams of sugar
  4. 1 orange

How to make Mango Orange Smoothie:

  • Take a bowl and put the chopped mango in it. If you don’t know how to peel and cut mangoes, don’t miss our video in which we explain two different ways to peel a mango.
  • Put half of the milk in the bowl and beat it with an electric mixer. If you want, you can also use the blender.
  • Separately, squeeze the orange and add the extracted juice to the bowl. Also add the sugar and the remaining milk. Then, blend it all together to get the natural mango smoothie.
  • If you see that the mango and orange smoothie is too thick, you can add more milk.
