Ingredients to make Chocolate Cream Liqueur:

  • 175 milliliters of gin
  • 200 grams of chocolate cream (Nutella)
  • 300 milliliters of whole milk
  • 200 milliliters of cream or milk cream to mount
  • 50 grams of sugar (¼ cup)

How to make Chocolate Cream Liqueur:

  1. To start with the chocolate cream liqueur recipe, first pour the milk, cream and sugar into a saucepan. Put the saucepan over medium heat and mix so that the sugar dissolves and integrates well.
  2. When it’s hot, add the chocolate cream. We point out that you can add it little by little or all at once, but you must stir with a wooden spoon and mix well so that it dissolves little by little. The fire should be on medium.
  3. Once you have mixed the chocolate and all the previous ingredients, turn off and reserve. Let the chocolate cream cool down a bit. The homemade chocolate liqueur is almost there!
  4. When the cream is warm, add the gin little by little, or any other alcohol, and mix well. If you see drops of cream or milk, you can go to the blender.
  5. When you have mixed all the homemade chocolate liqueur, place it in a bottle and leave it in the fridge for a minimum of 24 hours so that the alcohol mixes with the chocolate cream. We point out that it can be kept in the fridge for several days. All that remains is to serve it very cold and enjoy the best homemade chocolate cream liqueur!
