Ingredients to make Chilean Monkey Tail:

  • 1 liter of milk
  • 1 cup of pisco type brandy
  • 1 cup of sugar (200 grams)
  • 4 cloves
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 1 orange peel
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla
  • 3 teaspoons of instant coffee

How to make Chilean Monkey Tail:

  1. To start with the monkey tail recipe, you must first pour the milk into a saucepan and bring it to medium-low heat.
  2. Add the sugar, cloves, cinnamon and orange peel to the saucepan with milk. Let it boil for no more than 3-5 minutes.
  3. Prepare the 3 teaspoons of coffeeand vanilla in a little water or milk from the saucepan.
  4. Turn off the milk and add the espresso, stir well and reserve covered until it reaches room temperature.
