Ingredients to make cava sangria:
- 1 bottle of raw cava
- 1 chopped orange
- 1 chopped peach
- 2 small glasses of orange Fanta
- 2 small glasses of lemon Fanta
- ½ small glass of brandy
- ½ small glass of Cointreau
- 10 ice cubes
How to make cava sangria:
- Take a container to prepare the mixture and start the sangria by first introducing the fruit and ice cubes. Try to slice all the fruit in the same way.
- Then, add the orange Fanta, the lemon Fanta, the brandy and the Cointreau.
- Mix with a wooden spoon so as not to alter the flavor of the sangria and add the cava, being careful not to generate too much foam.
- Finally, add the sugar and mix again to integrate it. This ingredient is not required, in fact I like it better without it, so you can remove it from the recipe if you prefer.
Serve the cava sangria very cold, in a glass jug and with the wooden spoon at the tip to prevent fruit from falling into the glasses.
