Ingredients to make ROMPON:

  • 12 egg yolks
  • 3 1/2 liters of milk
  • Vanilla
  • cinnamon to taste
  • 1/2 liter of alcohol or brandy
  • sugar to taste
  • 3 cloves

How to make ROMPON:

  1. Boil milk with sugar, spices.
  2. Let cool. Meanwhile, beat the yolks with sugar, so that it is creamy, add the preparation to the milk, and stir well.
  3. Bring back to the fire (do not boil). Remove, let cool, place the alcohol or brandy and strain
  4. Bottle and place in refrigerator. It is served very cold.
