- 1 splash of olive oil
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 pinch of black pepper
- 1 minced garlic clove
How to make grilled broccoli:
To make uncooked grilled broccoli, we must wash it well, separate it into small trees and then cut each tree into not very thick slices. The stem can also be used, it is only necessary to peel it to be able to slice the interior.
Heat the pan with a little olive oil and minced garlic. Once hot, place the broccoli slices. Cook over medium heat and sprinkle salt and pepper to taste. We can add other spices if we want, like oregano, parsley…
