Ingredients to make Green Beans with Ham and Onion:
- 600 grams of green beans
- 100 grams of ham cubes
- 2 onions
- 1 splash of oil
- 1 pinch of salt
How to make Green Beans with Ham and Onions:
We prepare all the ingredients. Wash the beans and cut them into pieces. We put a saucepan with water on the fire with a little salt and when it starts to boil, we will introduce the green beans and let them cook until they are tender.
We cut the onions. We put a satin with a good jet of oil and when it is hot we add the onion. Leave the onion over medium heat until it is well poached.
When the onion is ready, add the ham tacos, and stir. When the beans are boiled, drain them well.
Add the green beans to the pan along with the onion and ham. We leave a few minutes stirring so that the flavors mix, we try salt, although the ham will already release enough flavor. We serve the green beans with freshly made ham and onion.
