Ingredients to make Apple Liqueur:
- 2 kg of ripe golden apples
- 1 liter of alcohol at 36º
- 5 kg of sugar
How to make apple liqueur:
- Peel and cut the apples into quarters.
- Pour them into a jar with the alcohol and sugar.
- Shake and let macerate for a month.
- Sieve and pass it to the bottles.
