Hot Sandwiches Recipe

Ingredients to make hot sandwiches:

• 1 ciabatta stick or 4 rolls

• 4 tomatoes

• 125 g of mozzarella cheese

• 75 grams of salami

• 2 butter spoons

• 1 clove garlic

• 1 tablespoon of oregano

How to make hot sandwiches:

Peel and crush the garlic clove, mix it with the butter. Open the ciabatta in half, spread each of the halves with the butter. Wash and cut the tomatoes into slices, divide the cheese into somewhat thick slices. Place the slices of salami, tomato slices and cheese on the bottom half of the bread. Sprinkle with oregano and put it in the oven. Let it cook for about 12 minutes. Serve hot.

The Chapata is the name given in some places to the somewhat flattened bread with a more consistent crumb. If it is not found, it can be made with any kind of bread.
