The stuffed baskets or open empanadas are a delicious option for meals, food or meetings. Are you wondering how to make corn baskets? To start with the corn baskets recipe, first prepare the onion by sautéing it with a teaspoon of oil over high heat until transparent and golden. At this point, lower the heat to medium and add 1 tablespoon of hot water. Repeat every time it starts to stick, because the water evaporates and, in this way, they will be caramelized with their own sugar. Keep it off the heat to cool down.
