• 1 pound of yucca
• 250 grams of flour
• 1 unit of Eggs

How to make Cassava Fritters:
Before making these fluffy fritters, the first step is to get all the ingredients ready. Peel and cut the yucca into large pieces, add them to a pot with plenty of water and cook over medium heat until soft, to form a puree. With the help of a processor, make a very smooth yucca puree, add the sifted flour, the egg, the salt and the sugar, mix everything very well.
Grease your hands a little with oil and make medium balls with the dough. Fry the yucca fritters in oil at medium temperature until golden brown, remove, pass through absorbent paper to remove excess fat.
