How to make canned tuna croquettes:
The potatoes are cooked without salt, once they have been cooked and cooled, they are peeled and pressed (without mashing them), and the drained tuna, the chicken broth, the bread and the egg are added. Stir everything well and form a dough. The croquettes are made of the desired size and shape and fried in very hot oil.
