Ingredients to make Canapés:
• 1 package of crackers
• Roquefort cheese
• Butter
• 2 or 3 anchovy fillets
• 1/2 glass of cognac
• Salt
• White pepper
How to make Canapé:
Distribute the cookies on a source, reserve. Chop the cheese with a fork and add the butter (it must be at room temperature), continue mixing, add the shredded anchovy fillets, mash very well with the fork, and gradually add the cognac until you achieve a cream. With a spoon, take small portions and distribute them on the cookies. They go very well with the bites!
