To start making this pâté, first we have to pour the cream, milk and butter into the Thermo mix glass and program 3 minutes, at a temperature of 70ºC and speed 5. Add the remaining ingredients except the walnuts and blend for 15 seconds at speed 8.
We put the Thermo mix at a temperature of 70ºC and speed 8 for 3 more minutes. It has to be a homogeneous pâté, so if you see that it is not like that, you just have to add a little more milk or cream and beat again.
