Ingredients to make Banana Sandwich:

• 8 ripe male banana, (wrap green in paper for a few days and they will be ready)

• 200 grams grated mozzarella cheese

• 3 eggs

• Breadcrumbs for topping

• Oil for frying

How to make banana sandwich:

Wash the ripe bananas with peel and cut in half. In a saucepan with boiling water, add the bananas and boil for 25 minutes until they are super soft. Remove the peel from the bananas and crush with a fork to form a soft banana mass, place a little banana in the palm of your hand and put a handful of cheese in the center, cover and form larger meatball-type sandwiches. Pass the banana sandwiches through the bread and the beaten egg and fry in the oil.

NOTE: Serve alone or accompany with white rice.
