Ingredients to make arabesque lamb skewer with baked white rice:

• 1kg boneless leg of lamb

• A teaspoon of rosemary

• One teaspoon of thyme leaves

• A teaspoon of curry

• Half a teaspoon of white pepper

• Half a teaspoon of ground cloves

• A pinch of saffron threads

• A head of garlic, peeled and chopped

• 1/2 liter of white wine

• 16 whole mushrooms

• 200 gr. of rice

How to make Arabesque lamb skewer with baked white rice:

The leg of lamb is cut into pieces, more or less square, of 50 grams. Each, approx.
