Ingredients to make Arab empanada or fatay:

• 750 gr of minced meat

• 2 large onions

• 1 green onion

• 200 cm3 of lemon juice

• 1 roasted bell pepper, peeled and chopped

• 1 tablespoon chopped parsley

• 1 can of tomatoes sifted with a little juice

• 1 teaspoon Spanish sweet paprika

• Ground chili to taste

• 1 teaspoon cumin

• Sesame seeds

• 1 tablespoon sweet Jamaica

How to make Arab empanada or fatay:

Finely chop the onions, place in a container, and add the meat, the chopped roasted bell pepper, lemon juice, salt to taste and place in the refrigerator covered for 20 minutes. Add the tomato and the rest of the seasonings, mix the preparation well and rectify the salt if necessary.

Place the filling on the dough, flatly 4 cm from the closing edge, crossing in three, without the three points reaching the center of the disc so that you can see the filling inside. Place on an oiled plate and let rise for 10 minutes. Cook in a moderate oven.
