Almond mojo recipe with Thermomix

Ingredients to make Almond Mojo with Thermomix:

• 70 grams of Almond

• 15 grams of red pepper

• 1 clove garlic

• 25 grams of Cumin

• 15 milliliters of apple cider vinegar

• 75 milliliters of olive oil

• 100 grams of ripe tomato

• 1 tablespoon sweet paprika

• 1 pinch of salt

• 1 pinch of pepper

How to make Almond Mojo with Thermomix:

The first step to prepare this almond mojo will be to crush the almonds in the thermomix, programming for 15 seconds with speed 5-7, gradually increasing the speed.

With the completely crushed almonds, add the rest of the ingredients, previously washed, peeled and cut. Shred everything programming for 30 seconds at speed 2-5-7, increasing again progressively. You can play with the amount of oil and vinegar to soften the mojo if it is too thick.
