  • Juice of 1 orange

Cut off the leaves and stem tips of the watercress and discard the rest. Wash them in a saucepan with cold water and a pinch of detergent; Rinse them perfectly in a colander under cold running water.

Shake off the water, transfer to the salad bowl, and place in the refrigerator while you make the dressing. Fry the bacon slices until they are nicely browned and crispy. Break them into small pieces and add them to the watercress together with the nuts. In a jar, pour the orange juice, the vinegar, the oil, the salt and the pepper.
