Ingredients to make Warm Pineapple Salad:

  • 1 ripe pineapple
  • 800 grams chicken breast
  • 250 grams pomegranate grains
  • 600 grams of radishes
  • 400 grams of chanterelles
  • Savory

How to make Warm Pineapple Salad:

Cut the chicken breast into sticks and briefly boil them in salted water. Clean and cut the radishes. Peel the pineapple and cut it also into slices 1 cm thick and these into triangles. Sauté the chanterelles in oil and chop them into regular pieces. Place the radishes first in the bottom of a serving dish. On top we will put the chicken breast and the pineapple; then a layer of chanterelles and finally we will distribute the pomegranate grains. Temper the dish in the oven at 180° for 3 minutes or in the microwave for as long as is convenient (I’m not a fan and therefore I don’t know). Sprinkle with the vinaigrette and then spread the savory.
