Avocado Turkey Toast Recipe

Normally we fall into a routine at breakfast time and we always prepare the same thing. At this article, we have thought that it is time to innovate and prepare something a little more special to start the day with energy and good flavor. Avocado toast for breakfast is made in 10 minutes and provides us with a large amount of protein, vitamins and healthy fats that we need to face our day.

These avocado toasts also have cooked turkey breast, but you can substitute another sausage such as sweet ham or, if you don’t eat meat, you can accompany them with a few slices of tomato or a little smoked tofu, for example.

Ingredients to make Turkey Avocado Toast:

• 1 avocado
• 2 slices of oatmeal bread
• 4 slices of cooked turkey
• 1 pinch of white sesame
• 1 pinch of black sesame
• 3 drops of hot sauce or Tabasco
• 1 splash of olive oil
• 1 pinch of salt
• 1 pinch of ground black pepper

How to make Avocado Turkey Toast:

We gathered all the ingredients to prepare the toast with avocado and turkey. We start by toasting the oatmeal bread in the toaster. We have chosen oatmeal bread that has more fiber, but you can put any other type of bread that you want.

We make an avocado cream for toast. To do this, cut the avocado in half, remove the pulp in a bowl and mash with the help of a fork. Season with salt and pepper and sprinkle with a little lemon so it doesn’t brown.

We add a few drops of hot sauce or Tabasco to the homemade guacamole and a splash of olive oil to bind the sauce well.

We spread the guacamole on the oatmeal toast (we put an abundant layer). As you know, avocado has many beneficial properties and is rich in healthy fats.

To finish, we place some slices of cooked turkey on top and sprinkle the black and white sesame. Sesame, apart from decorating, gives a very good flavor to the dish and has a large amount of iron.
