Ingredients to make Viand and Cod Salad:
- 1 pound taro
- 2 pounds of yeti
- 2 pounds of yams
- 4 green bananas
- 2 green bananas
- 2 pounds of cod fillet
- 3 cups olive oil
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- peppercorns to taste
- 1 cup coriander chopped into very fine strips.
How to make Viand and Cod Salad:
Put the cod to cook for 15 minutes in plenty of water, remove from the stove, drain and add more water to finish removing the salt. Crumble and add the oil, garlic, onion and cilantro, stir well and put it in the fridge.
Remove the skin from all the viands and rinse and cut into squares of an inch or so and boil until they are cooked, drain the water and let cool, correct the salt and pepper to your liking, add all the cod and the viands and put in the fridge for two more hours.
