Vegetable and fruit salad recipe

Ingredients to make Vegetable and Fruit Salad:

  • 1 unit of Italian lettuce
  • 1 slice of yellow and green bell pepper
  • 2 units of Peach
  • 2 units of green apple
  • 2 units of Cucumber
  • 1 handful of blueberries
  • 3 pineapple cubes
  • 3 units of Carrot
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • 5 units of natural mushrooms
  • 1 splash of olive oil
  • 1 dash Honey Mustard Dressing

How to make Vegetable and Fruit Salad:

To start making our mixed salad, the first thing you should do is chop the vegetables. That is, finely chop the yellow and green pepper; grate the previously peeled carrots and the lettuce. Then, wash the mushrooms, cut them into slices and pass them through the pan to cook. Then, peel the cucumber and cut it into slices or cubes, as you like. Peel the peaches and cut them into segments, do the same with the apple. If you want to incorporate the apple with skin, remember to wash it well before cutting it.

Now all that remains is to mix all the ingredients in a large container and add the rest of the fruits. Remember to wash the blueberries before adding them. To finish our fruit and vegetable salad, sprinkle a tablespoon of sesame, pour a splash of oil and add the mustard and honey dressing to taste. If you wish, you can add cherry tomatoes or any other ingredient of your choice.
