Ingredients to make Tuna and Potato Salad with Avocado:
- 2 cans of Tuna in pieces
- 2 units of white potato
- 2 units of Tomato
- ½ unit of Lemon (juice)
- 2 tablespoons light mayonnaise
- 1 jet of olive oil
- 1 sprig of Parsley
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 pinch of pepper
- 1 unit of Avocado
How to make Avocado Tuna Potato Salad:
Firstly, boil the potatoes until they are cooked and soft. Then we peel them and cut them into cubes. Separately, mix the tuna into pieces with the potato already cut, the tomato also chopped into cubes and the mayonnaise with the lemon juice. For this cold salad it is better to use mackerel or tuna loin.
