A very rich and fresh salad for the heat, ideal for those days when you don’t want to cook or for a quick meal. Stay and learn with us how to prepare this delicious and simple tuna salad with egg and mayonnaise.

Ingredients to make Tuna Salad with Egg and Mayonnaise:

  • 1 can of Tuna in water
  • 100 grams of Pasta
  • 1 jar of Mayonnaise
  • 1 unit of boiled egg
  • 1 can of yellow corn
  • 1 unit of green bell pepper
  • 1 piece of Lemon
  • 1 pinch of salt

How to make Tuna Salad with Egg and Mayonnaise:

Boil the egg and pasta separately. Add a little oil to the pasta if you want. When selecting the pasta you should be guided by your personal tastes or use the type of pasta that you have most at hand, any will do! Of course, since it is a pasta salad, we recommend you opt for short pasta. While the egg and pasta boil, chop the bell pepper into small cubes, and in a separate bowl mix it with the corn.

When the egg is cooked, remove the yolk and chop only the white part into very small pieces. Mix it with the chili and corn. If you prefer to add the yolk you can also do it without problems. When the pasta is ready, drain it and wash it with cold water. Then, add it to another bowl along with the tuna and mayonnaise and mix the pasta salad ingredients well. Finally, add the chili, corn and egg to the pasta and mix everything well. Squeeze a lemon and add the juice to the salad as a dressing. Leave the tuna salad with mayonnaise in the refrigerator for an hour so that it is very cold when you serve it. You can consume it with crackers or alone.
