Ingredients to make Traditional Caesar Salad:
- 200 grams of Romaine lettuce
- 1 unit of Egg
- 1 clove garlic
- 120 milliliters of olive oil
- 30 grams of anchovies
- 30 grams of Parmesan cheese
- 1 lemon unit
- 30 grams of bread croutons or croutons
- 1 pinch of salt and pepper
How to make Traditional Caesar Salad:
List all the ingredients. To make the Caesar sauce, in the blender add the egg, the garlic clove, the lemon juice, 4 anchovy fillets, a little of their oil and olive oil, a pinch of salt and pepper. Blend for 30 seconds. Add the olive oil little by little in the form of a thread with the blender on, until you obtain the consistency of mayonnaise.
In a large bowl add the lettuce cut into pieces and the mayonnaise; stir until lettuce is completely covered. Serve the lettuce together with the bread croutons, Parmesan cheese and a couple of anchovies.
