Tomato, cheese and black olive salad recipe

Ever since I discovered mozzarella pearls, I admit that I love using them in my salads.  They give it a nice touch and any help is welcome to make these dishes more attractive and encourage people to eat healthy. We prepare this time a mackerel salad in oil that combines them with tomato and pickles, delicious! In ten minutes you will have a healthy and delicious dinner ready with this tomato, cheese and black olive salad, doesn’t it sound good?

Ingredients to make tomato, cheese and black olive salad:

  • 3 ripe but firm tomatoes
  • 125 grams of mozzarella cheese pearls
  • 50 grams of pitted black olives
  • 1 can of mackerel in oil
  • 50 grams of pickled cucumbers
  • 50 grams of pickled onions
  • 1 handful of croutons
  • 1 splash of extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 pinch of dried basil
  • 1 pinch of salt

How to make Tomato, Cheese and Black Olive Salad:

To prepare our tomato and mozzarella cheese salad we start by washing and drying the tomatoes well. Chop them up and put them in a bowl. Drain the olives and onions and put them with the tomatoes. Drain the pickles, chop them and add them to the salad bowl.  Drain the oil from the mackerel, break it into large pieces and add it.

Dress with oil, salt and dried basil (if you have fresh better), stir well and before serving add the mozzarella pearls and croutons so that the bread does not get soft. Bon Appetite!
