Ingredients to make Tomato and Mushroom Salad:
- 1 kg of tomatoes
- 125 grams of mushrooms
- 2 garlic cloves
- 3 oil tablespoons
- 1 lemon
- Parsley
- Pepper
- Salt
How to make Tomato and Mushroom Salad:
Wash the mushrooms. Dry them and cut them into thin slices. Brown them with hot oil. Cover them and let them cook for about 20 minutes with the covered saucepan. Meanwhile, wash the tomatoes. Cut them into small pieces. Put them in a salad bowl with the chopped garlic. Season with salt and pepper. Add the mushrooms with the oil, the lemon juice and a good spoonful of chopped parsley. Let it cool down before serving it.
