Ingredients to make Tubule, ground wheat salad:

  • 1 cup ground raw wheat
  • 2 cups of boiling water
  • 1/2 cup chopped chives
  • 6 tablespoons finely chopped mint
  • 2 medium tomatoes diced
  • 1 glass of chopped parsley
  • 5 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/3 glass of fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/3 teaspoon pepper

How to make Tabbouleh, ground wheat salad:

Wheat is washed well and left to stand in a bowl with two glasses of boiled water for half an hour. The wheat is squeezed with the hands, it is passed to another source and it is stirred with all the other ingredients.
