Squirmy and Apple Salad Recipe

Ingredients to make Squirmy and Apple Salad:

  • 1 lettuce
  • 10 Crab sticks or Squirmy
  • 1 apple
  • 1 can of pitted green olives
  • 1 handful of peeled sunflower seeds
  • 100 grams of Gouda cheese
  • 1 teaspoon of spices for salad
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 splash of extra virgin olive oil

How to make Squirmy Apple Salad:

The first step to make our salad with crab sticks will be to break the lettuce and wash it well. We centrifuge and reserve. Wash the apple, cut it into small pieces and put it in a large bowl. We do the same with the supreme sticks, breaking them into roughly the same size pieces and adding them to the bowl. Drain the olives and put them in the salad bowl.

Cut the cheese into small cubes and add it together with the well-drained lettuce and a handful of peeled sunflower seeds for salad. Dress with salt, olive oil and a teaspoon of spices for salad. Mix well until you check that all the ingredients have been distributed evenly and ready. The mixture of flavors in this supreme and apple salad is delicious, as it is very easy to make, it is light and will serve you for any occasion.
