Ingredients to make Summer Macaroni Salad:
- 200 grams of Macaroni
- 2 cans of Tuna
- 1 unit of Tomato
- 1 can of Olives
- ¼ unit of Iceberg Lettuce
- 3 units of Egg
- 1 pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 jet of olive oil
How to make Summer Macaroni Salad:
We cook the macaroni and the eggs separately, while we cut the tomato into cubes and the julienne lettuce, we drain the oil from the tuna and the water from the olives. Once the macaroni is cooked, drain them and wash them with cold water. We put the oil so that the paste does not stick and is loose. In a glass tray we will put the macaroni, tomato, tuna, olives, salt and pepper and stir everything. We will add the lettuce around it, leaving space in the middle to place the boiled eggs cut into wedges to decorate the salad. It can be dressed to taste with mayonnaise, pink sauce, mustard vinaigrette, orange vinaigrette, etc.
