Ingredients to make Spring Chicken Salad:
- 2 large chicken Supremes.
- 1 green crisp lettuce.
- 2 grated carrots.
- 1 jars of sweet corn.
- 2 aborigines cut into squares.
- 2 medium avocados or avocados.
- Salt of fine herbs. (mixture of dried oregano, thyme, bay leaf and salt)
How to make Spring Chicken Salad:
Prelist all the ingredients. Cut the supreme or chicken breast into medium squares. In a pan add a little sunflower oil, once it is hot add the chicken squares to the pan with a little of the fine herbs salt. Wash the lettuce and leave it to soak in a little water and white vinegar, wash again and drain. Mix the grated carrot with the lettuce (chopped) and the sweet corn.
Once the chicken is golden, add the aborigines with the chicken so that they cook with it. Let cook for about 5 to 10 minutes maximum and remove from heat. Let cool. Mix the chicken and the sautéed eggplants with the salad that we had previously made, if we want and it is additional, add grated cheese on top. Serve the dish and enjoy.
