Salmon Salad Recipe

Ingredients to make Salmon Salad:

• 300 grams of salmon

• 3 lemons

• 100 grams of black olives

• 2 boiled eggs

• 1 lettuce

• Virgin olive oil

• Cider vinegar

• White-pepper

• Salt

How to make Salmon Salad:

Cut the salmon into thin slices, season it with salt and pepper and let it macerate for 3 minutes in the lemon juice. Meanwhile, wash the lettuce and cut it into julienne strips, distributing it on a serving dish. Season with virgin olive oil, cider vinegar and salt.

When the salmon is ready (it will have completely changed color), drain it and place it on the lettuce. On top we will put the black olives and the chopped boiled eggs.
