Salad recipe with lamb’s lettuce and arugula

The lamb’s lettuce has relaxing and purifying properties, they are good for the eyes and they are also rich in iron. On the other hand, arugula is also an excellent food to take care of the health of our eyes and has antioxidant properties… and if you mix them, you will have as a result a base for a spectacular green salad.

For all these reasons and because we wanted to make a fresh, simple and quick salad, we have prepared this lamb’s lettuce and arugula salad. Do not move and discover this ideal green salad for summer!

Ingredients to make Salad with canons and arugula:

• 150 grams of canons

• 100 grams of arugula

• 5 slices of goat cheese

• 1 per unit

• 1 splash of balsamic vinegar

• 2 tablespoons of olive oil

• 1 pinch of salt

How to make Salad with canons and arugula:

We gather all the ingredients to make the lamb’s lettuce and arugula salad. Remember that with the base of canons and arugula you can combine the ingredients you want and make different salads such as green tuna salad, among others. In a salad bowl, mix the washed and drained lamb’s lettuce and arugula. Peel the pear and cut it into sticks. At the same time, we cut the goat cheese into slices. Place the pear and the cheese in the salad bowl with the lamb’s lettuce and arugula, as you can see in the image.

In a bowl, prepare the dressing by mixing 3 tablespoons of olive oil, 2 teaspoons of balsamic vinegar, a pinch of salt and a pinch of sugar. For this salad you can also try the typical Caesar dressing or the honey mustard sauce. Dress the lamb’s lettuce and arugula salad and it’s ready to serve!
