Salad with fresh cheese and turkey is a very healthy and tasty option, ideal for those who want to follow a balanced diet or forget about those extra pounds. Take note of the ingredients that we suggest and learn how to prepare this simple fresh salad.
Ingredients to make Salad with fresh cheese and turkey:
• 100 grams of cooked turkey
• 75 grams of fresh cheese
• 1 package of mixed salad
• 1 unit of small apple
• 1 handful of pitted black olives
For the vinaigrette:
• 1 teaspoon Vinegar of Modena
• 1 teaspoon old-fashioned mustard
• 1 pinch of freshly ground black pepper
• 3 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
How to make Salad with fresh cheese and turkey:
Take a salad bowl and pour the inside of the mixed salad bag into it. You can buy a package with lamb’s lettuce, arugula, etc., or prepare the salad yourself with the products that you like the most. If you prefer, you can use just lettuce or even spinach leaves.
Cut the turkey sausage into cubes of the size you want. We use turkey to make the salad healthier, but you can substitute this ingredient for another that you like better. Arrange turkey cubes on top of salad. Also add the pitted black olives, cut in half.
Cut the fresh cheese and the apple also into cubes, trying to achieve the same size as the turkey squares. Add these ingredients to the salad and mix.
Tip: If you prefer, you can substitute the apple for tomato and cut it into slices.
Now prepare the vinaigrette. To do this, take a container and mix all the ingredients, that is, the Modena vinegar, mustard, pepper and olive oil. Pour the vinaigrette over the fresh cheese and turkey salad and mix well.
