Salad recipe with cheese timbales

In this recipe we will teach you how to make very simple goat cheese timbales. This dish is ideal to serve as a starter on a mixed leaf salad during Valentine’s dinner or any other special celebration. Take note of the steps and prepare this salad with goat cheese.

Ingredients to make Salad with cheese timbales:

• 2 slices of goat cheese

• 1 handful of assorted salad leaves (loll rose, oak leaves, iceberg lettuce, etc.)

• 6 units of cherry tomatoes

• 3 tablespoons of olive oil

• 1 tablespoon of Vinegar

• 1 pinch of fresh thyme

• 1 pinch of salt and pepper

• 4 sheets of Chinese Pasta

• 1 tablespoon of melted butter

How to make Salad with cheese timbales:

Cut the slices of goat cheese in the shape of hearts if you intend to serve this salad during your Valentine’s dinner. Separately, cut the sheets of dough for rolls into wide strips and wrap the cheese with them, try to keep the shape of a heart. Brush the cheese timbales with the melted butter and bake at 180ºC until golden brown. In the meantime, take a salad bowl and place the mixed leaf mattress on the base. If you can’t get Chinese roll pasta, use bacon strips to make the timbales.

When the cheese is ready, place it on the leaves, decorate with the cherry tomatoes cut in half, the fresh thyme and adds a dash of olive oil and vinegar. Add salt and pepper to taste. And ready! You already have your salad with goat cheese timbales ready to serve.
