  • 350 grams of whole meal pasta
  • 150 grams of sweet corn

  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 jet of olive oil
  • 2 tomatoes

How to make Whole Grain Pasta Salad with Vegetables:

We gather all the ingredients to prepare the whole wheat pasta salad with vegetables. In this recipe we have used whole-grain macaroni, but you can substitute any other whole-grain pasta you like. The first step in preparing this summer salad is to cook the pasta.  Cook the whole-grain macaroni in plenty of boiling water with a little salt. Once cooked, pass them through cold water, drain and reserve.

We cut the vegetables with a small size and place them in a salad bowl. We also add the sliced ​​olives. Remember that you have to peel the carrot before chopping it. We add sweet corn to this whole wheat pasta salad. We have washed and drained the corn previously. It is time to add the tomato, peeled and cut into not very large squares. The tomato has many antioxidant properties, is low in sodium and has vitamins B, C and A.
