- 2 units of red apples
- 1 unit of cooked Beetroot
- 150 grams of cooked beans
- 2 teaspoons of fresh almonds
- 1 teaspoon of olive oil
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 pinch of black pepper
- 1 pinch of fresh parsley
- 1 unit of Lemons
How to make Cold Green Bean and Apple Salad:
The first step to make our cold green bean salad is to pre-list the ingredients. In a bowl or deep bowl add the beet in small squares. Add the beans and red apples in medium squares. Mix the ingredients very well until they are integrated, you will see that the flavor of the beet with the beans combines very well and they are two ingredients that are not usually mixed in gastronomy.
Add the lemon juice, olive oil, salt, black pepper and fresh parsley. If you want you can add more vegetables or ingredients that are to your liking.
