  • 1 unit of Avocado
  • 200 grams of green beans
  • 100 grams of cherry tomatoes
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 lemon squeeze
  • 1 jet of olive oil

We gathered all the ingredients to make the Citrus Salad with Green Beans and Avocado. Cut the ends of the green beans. In addition, if we have used flat beans, the side strands can also be removed. Cook the green beans in plenty of boiling water with a pinch of salt.  We cook for about 10 minutes. With this type of beans you can also prepare the typical beans with ham or an exquisite chickpea salad with beans with pesto. Wash the cherry tomatoes and cut them in half. If you like this type of tiny tomatoes, you can use them to prepare a broccoli and tomato salad. Cut the avocado in half, remove the central egg and sprinkle it with a few drops of lemon juice. Cut the avocado into square pieces and put it together with the tomato. Once cooked, drain the green beans and add them to the salad.
