Recipe for Japanese salad with carrot

Ingredients to make Japanese Carrot Salad:

  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • 1 unit of small onion
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 teaspoon of olive oil
  • 2 units of medium carrots
  • 1 can of prickly pear
  • 2 tablespoons of white vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons of soy sauce
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch of pepper

How to make Japanese Carrot Salad:

The first thing we do to prepare the Japanese salad is to prepare all the ingredients. So, cut the onion and carrot julienne and finely chop the garlic.
