Recipe of Russian salad with tuna

Ingredients to make Russian salad with tuna:

  • 3 units of medium potato
  • 3 units of Carrot
  • 200 grams of peas
  • 200 grams of green beans
  • 1 pinch of salt

Dressing

  • 2 units of boiled egg
  • Cheese
  • 1 unit of red pepper
  • 1 handful of olives
  • 2 cans of Tuna
  • 6 supreme bars
  • 2 units of Tomato
  • 10 units of cherry tomatoes
  • 4 tablespoons of mayonnaise

How to make Russian salad with tuna:

Peel and cut the potato into small squares. Peel and cut the carrots into small squares. Cut the green beans into small pieces. Boil the potato in a saucepan with water and salt. Cook the beans, peas and carrots in another saucepan or pot. When you see that the vegetables are strained, drain and let cool. Cut and chop a hard-boiled egg.

Cut the cheese, the red pepper, the olives (reserve a few); the supreme and the tomato into small pieces (reserve half a tomato in wedges). Drain the tuna well. In a bowl or tray for the tuna, the hard-boiled egg, the cheese, the red pepper, the olives, the supreme and the tomato. Mix well. Add the vegetables a couple of tablespoons of mayonnaise and stir well. Store in the fridge and let cool well.

When you are going to serve, put the mayonnaise on top and spread it. Garnish with the other hard-boiled egg that we will have cut into pieces, with the reserved olives, some tomato wedges and some cherry tomatoes. If you have someone at home who doesn’t like mayonnaise or can’t eat it, don’t put it in the salad, and take it out in a separate bowl so that everyone can enjoy it.
