  • 300 grams of potato
  • 300 grams of Carrot
  • 200 grams of chicken breast
  • 30 grams of peas or peas
  • ½ cup chopped bell pepper
  • ¼ piece of onion
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 200 grams of Mayonnaise

How to make Russian salad with chicken:

We gather all the necessary ingredients to prepare this delicious recipe for Russian salad with chicken and, let’s get to work! In a pot, place the previously washed breast, add a little salt, onion and garlic, and let it boil for 25 minutes or until the chicken is perfectly cooked. Once ready, let cool and shred the meat into small pieces. On the other hand, we wash and peel the potatoes and carrots, cut them into small squares, add all the vegetables in a pot with water, put a teaspoon of salt and let it boil over medium heat for about 15 minutes or until they are cooked but that they have a firm texture so that the Russian salad with chicken is perfect. Once the vegetables are cooked, strain them and put them in a container, add the shredded chicken and gradually add the mayonnaise until it has a suitable consistency.
